I live with idiopathic hypersomnia.

I recently started Xywav, and we’re still working out the dosage and everything, but it’s so incredibly worth it because I’m awake! It’s wild adding 5+ hours to my day… I can do things I enjoy and that fills me with great joy.

😴 Scientists from our University and Haute École d'Ingénierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud (HEIG-VD), working in partnership with the City of Yverdon-les-Bains, have analyzed the sleep quality of a sample of the city’s residents. They discovered that sleep disorders are much more common there than elsewhere in the country. Additional study participants in the coming years will flesh out these findings.
