"โฆ is a #SocialConstruct" does not mean it doesn't exist, is unreal, or has no impact. Social constructs are powerful entities for a social species, as they are widely shared ideas, and often represent basic functions. That being said, they are also somewhat arbitrary and can be changed.
Money as a social construct, for example, is the abstract idea of value being exchangeable between individuals. It is important, although capitalism somewhat perverted it with the idea that money alone should make more money, and absurdly on top by the mathematical unstable, exponential interest function - as you see, under capitalism, the social construct of money has changed, and we can change it again.
Gender as another social construct can change, too. The binary gender model has 2 genders, specific biological and physiological properties, traits, interests, social roles, prescriptions on normative behaviour. All this is pretty arbitrarily thrown together, and this social construct in a more egalitarian society loses more and more of its social function, as it is inherently hierarchical; the concept of women being inferior can only work if what is defined as the role of women in a society is valued less, their contributions are made invisible, and their assigned virtues make them dependent.
This is, paradoxically, why successful feminism actually dissolves binary gender and does away with "woman" as a meaningful social trait - it merely becomes a private conviction. Undoing what a woman is socially frees women to be what they can be and want to be.
