A snapshot of a tern watching the world burn – or just the setting sun at about 10.30 pm in June 2023. I'm thinking about trying to photograph a sunset and then the following sunrise next June. They are only a few hours apart in Helsinki in the summer.

"Are you gonna share that fish or what?"
Common terns (Sterna hirundo).
For three minutes the bird sat there without sharing or eating that fish.
Just between two shots the bird was gone and I was none the wiser about what happened to the fish.
