3D dSTORM images of primary rat cortical neurons at DIV 12 labelling Nav1.6 in different ways. Analysis shows that spacing and  periodicity are not affected by click labelling.

On #TechnicalTuesday we’re highlighting the OptIC-Notch tool from Jonathan Townson, Sarah Bray and colleagues based on the BLITz approach.
