Do you pay attention to your own behavior?

Do you recognize where in your responses/reactions to your own life you are doing so from old pain?

Think back to when you were a kid. What did your caregivers tell you was too much or not enough?

Were you too loud or too quiet?

Were you too smart or too dumb?

Were you too independent or not independent enough?

Those messages, even if they were not meant to be malicious in any way, affected your behavior.

Can you figure out how and can you shift that so that you no longer behave based on that old wound?
