What's the best way to defrag a NTFS partition on a USB HDD?
No, I'm not installing Windows on my internal SSD but if there's any flash drive boot solution, even if they are live Windows, that would help.
The NTFS partition was used with a Windows 10 installation but is not the one that contains a Windows 10 installation.
