We are piloting a VR-based virtual exchange w Elon University University.

Students on both sides of the Atlantic will make 3D scans of everyday objects with their smartphones + upload them into a VR library. They will reflect on the raw materials in common objects + consider the lives of those who extracted them.

Joining in the introduction to #framevr followed by a hands-on workshop for language teachers as part of the @ELIVEProjectEU led by @Nixward. So many possibilities exist for #virtualexchange :-)

Loved the second @ELIVE_project teachers' voices training workshop with @bpardoel. The pupil feedback audio clip was a great endorsement for #virtualexchange in #virtualworlds: it made her comfortable with making L2 mistakes and as Bart said 'that' is learning.
