(I have a bachelor's degree in Ancient Greek language, and have translated quite a few passages from the New Testament). My translations are a bit literal, but they have also given me insight into the author's original intent...

The "them" in this passage refers to the ones mentioned in line 22.

"And then I will express the opinion to them that I never knew you: Depart away from me, you who practice lawlessness in my name!"
