@Gardenermerc @ProPublica I was able to find out that Walgreens and Walmart stock teva adderall as a generic, I was getting ready to pay full price out-of-pocket if I had to because I got so tired of getting terrible unpleasant side effects from cheap knock offs.

Any other immigrant drug abusers would be candidates for deportation to El Salvador under Trump.

#Adderall use is not unknown in the #uk within a certain cohort who believed it would enhance their performance at university - and may well have continued to rely on it afterwards. The cohort is unlikely yet to be represented at ministerial level in #uk politics - however special advisers and less visible functionaries are another matter. Whether this has been reflected - or even may still be - in poor quality decisions and worse presentation of them is an interesting question!

Have literally not slept well in days, it’s actually starting to become a bit of a problem as the only thing keeping me awake right now is the #Adderall, but it is what it is. At least this weekend will be a long one, but man do I wish someone would knock me out for a few hours even if it hurts just so I can not think for a few hours.
@Rhube I know that lots of people can’t tolerate stimulants, and even people who need them can’t always get them. And I also know that if people haven’t mastered pacing as best they can stimulants can be dangerous because you can accidentally overexert yourself.
But microdosing #Adderall really helps me when I’m struggling. (2.5 mg IR- idk if that’s technically “microdosing” but I hope so because I enjoy using that term)
But also I have #ADHD so it might not work the same for someone who has enough dopamine already.
#MECFS plus ADHD is a special kind of hell.
I need to learn proper pacing and taking breaks before I need them to be OK with MECFS, but to manage the ADHD and stay on top of things I need routine and momentum. So pretty much the opposite of pacing and taking breaks. FML LOL

OMG. Don't take this the wrong way because I don't mean to encourage violence. But good lord! That something vile hasn't happened to CVS Pharmacy in the year since they changed their Rx processes, it's shocking.
Are they pissed that Amazon is taking the local Pharmacy off the streets or is it that their internal logistics are so extraordinarily f'd up, that there truly is no order or logical flow?
It's a voice-mail phone-tag setup. For a script like #Adderall you have to reach out to them. Don't expect to be told how to reach out. But find a way to communicate to the pharmacist that you'd like to have the Rx filled. Because you don't have a paper, physical copy of an Rx anymore, for it's sent digitally. Therefore, all transaction requests are dependent upon what they see in the system. Despite that fact, nothing can be transmitted digitally from one Pharmacy location to another. That requires a doctor visit to request the Rx be sent elsewhere. Of course, it's all nonsensical because meanwhile, there have been no meds. This happens every 30 days. Because Adderall may only be dispensed in 30-day supply quantities.
It's insane. Made contact today, but the Rx is at CVS#2. She refused to communicate the request for me.
Presently, I wait for the CVS#2 Callback to place my refill request
