Ended Monday and started Tuesday after a swim with I'll Take Romance is an album by saxophonist Bud Shank released on the World Pacific label.

In an AllMusic review by Jason Ankeney, he states: "Far removed from the sometimes bloodless sensibilities of the West Coast cool school, I'll Take Romance is as warm as its title portends. The string arrangements are sweet but never sentimental, boasting a sensitivity that colors but never overwhelms Shank's lyrical alto and flute" - Wikipedia

Zodiac Variations by John Dankworth With His Orchestra And Guests, released on Fontana in 1965.

Legendary British jazz musician, bandleader, arranger and composer John Dankworth (1927-2010) took the twelve astrological signs of the Zodiac as inspiration for his glorious big band suite The Zodiac Variations', released on the Fontana label in 1965. Recorded in London and New York, Dankworth's band comprised a who's-who of jazz including such famed soloists as Kenny Wheeler and Clark Terry (trumpets/flugelhorns), Zoot Sims and Ronnie Scott (tenor saxes), Bob Brookmeyer (trombone) and Ronnie Ross (baritone sax).

Trombone Jazz Samba is an album by jazz trombonist and arranger Bob Brookmeyer featuring bossa nova compositions recorded in 1962 for the Verve label.

The AllMusic review by Ken Dryden stated: "Bob Brookmeyer was in the studio just a few months after Stan Getz and Charlie Byrd helped to launch the bossa nova craze in the United States with their hit LP Jazz Samba, but this extremely enjoyable LP didn't come close to matching the success of the earlier album; it may be because the valve trombone is not envisioned as a lush melodic instrument by the average jazz listener in comparison to the tenor sax. - Wikipedia

Gerry Mulligan, California Concerts, 1955 on Pacific Jazz

Collection of live recordings featuring the Gerry Mulligan Quartet on the A-Side and the Gerry Mulligan Sextet on the B-Side. The quartet here is with Jon Eardley, Red Mitchell, and Chico Hamilton; the sextet with Bob Brookmeyer, Zoot Sims, and Larry Bunker with Eardly and Mitchell.

The A-side was recorded at Stockton High School in November 1954, the B-Side at Hoover High School in San Diego.

My copy is an original mono pressing on Pacific Jazz from 1955, via Crossroads Records in Portland OR. The sleeve is pretty worn, but the vinyl sounds great.
