@nev wow, a cool video!!
I’ve seen a few that were in the bale of hay we used to get for our rescued house rabbits.
The paperWasps are doing well.

@futurebird I’m assuming this is also a carpenter ant? This one was in Medford, MA.
Ants make a wonderful subject to film around. 🥰🐜✨
@futurebird Hello. I used to feature ants in my short video loops on occasion. Some ants are so lucky to live in beautiful places. Fascinating creatures.
If you can tell us anything about this little ant, that’d be wonderful. Thank you. (More info on AltText :)
Long legged fly? in February in Massachusetts?? There’s still snow on the ground. I suppose s/he could have hatched indoors around my wintering trees and plants…
It’s been a rather warm November, the white butterfly caterpillars that hitchhiked on the arugula in the community garden were able to fly away last week.

The mosquito control has arrived at the community garden at last! 💙🤍💚 Such a beautiful day. ✨
I wish I knew what was going on between the paperWasp and the hoverFly-like wasp. The paperWasp (on the right) seemed to be guarding the okra flower bud while the other wasp seemed to be bothering.
[edit: originally I assumed the other wasp to be a hoverFly.]
Ah… to be a bee sleeping in the wildflower meadow… 💖💕🐝✨💚
