Malaysia Airlines posted a poster notifying that Malaysia Aviation Group (#MAG) is having exciting career opportunities as per below:

1. Licensed #Aircraft #Engineer (Category B1.1)
2. Licensed Aircraft Engineer (Category B2)
3. Aircraft #Maintenance #Technician

Please bring necessary documents along to the interview such as #resume, academic #certificate, #CAAM #license, copy of #payslip and other supporting #document.

First is licensed aircraft engineer category B1.1, for people holding valid CAAM license with company approval for B1.1, with 2 years of experience, preferably in airframe, engine and electrical.

Second is licensed aircraft engineer category B2, for people holding valid CAAM license with company approval for B2, with 2 years experience, preferably in electrical, instrument and radio.

Third is aircraft maintenance technician, for people holding Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or Basic Engineering in Mechanical and Avionic with a minimum of 2 years' experience in airline engineering; or having calid CAAM license for CAT A.

The interview will be on Saturday, 21 October 2023 from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the Flight Management Building, KLIA.

UPDATE: Malaysia Airports is glad to inform that the Lawas STOLport (LWY) runway is back in operations today.

It has been cleared of flood water and declared safe by CAAM.

Malaysia Airports wish to inform that Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (#CAAM) has issued a notice for temporary closure of the #runway at #Lawas #STOLport (#LWY).

The heavy rain last night had caused a flash #flood at the runway. Glad to share that the water level has receded and cleaning works are underway.

The #terminal however is unaffected and remains open. To those in Lawas, stay safe!
