#Obsidian has a plugin that lets you select text & when you hit paste, it creates a Markdown link with that text and a link from your clipboard. Does anyone know if such a thing exists for #Drafts?

Does anyone know how to get #Drafts on iOS to post correctly to Mona? struggling to understand what i'm doing wrong. I can get Drafts to post but all it comes up with is "test" or "post" Any techy's out there who can help i'd be eternally greatful

@jarunmb #AppleNotes is a really, really good tool. For people/families wholesale invested in Apple's ecosystem it's superb - despite a couple of bizarre quirks like not being able to set a default font for newly-composed notes nor literally ANY ability to change font when using the iPhone.

For #Windows though, fuck it and in particular FUCK #Drafts for not having a Windows version. #Obsidian is king. It's the loincloth-wearing, top-of-the-mountain uber-pinnacle of PKM.

@viharm @jarunmb Don't get me wrong. I never said it didn't "work" for me. It did - for a full year. But here's the thing. I have two requirements for notes. One is immediate quick notes - what a lot of people use #AppleNotes, or #Drafts for. But I have #WINDOWS as well. Neither of those work. I use #Simplenote for it. Syncs multiplatform and I could give a fuck about it not being end-to-end secured. #Obsidian for cold-storage of notes. (1/3)

Tbf, there are also whole categories of apps I miss from Android, including wifi analyzers and custom launchers

Holmes put aside his ancient Blackberry. Oh, my dear Watson, that you should even ask! Of course not. Lestrade no doubt saves his draft toots on his iPhone, the good man. But then he also scribbles every obvious fact into his little detective's notebook, does he not. Good for him, I say. No, Watson, I don't save deleted drafts. I have a brain.

I write because I wish to write. If I want to share what I wrote, I post it. If not, I delete it. If any part of it persists, it does so without record. Now, let me get back to my phone.

He did not mind my scribbling down his words in my notebook as he spoke.
