There is a draw.io extension for VSCode.
Combined with markdown files and Confluences Bitbucket-File Addon it helps keep documentation where it belongs (versioned alongside the code) and just renders the markdown files with the images in whatever article.

#Drawio is great on desktop but it absolutely sucks hard on #Android / #Mobile
try to drag n element and it pans the view instead,
try to group select elements and it pans the view instead.
it doesn't have nearly as many items available as desktop (no list?)
it's a web page so you have to download the document instead of saving it.
IDK why it never occurred to me to check if #drawio had a desktop client but this is amazing! I don’t have to save anything to google drive! I love files! I love having folders full of stupid graphs.

Draw.io integration with Nextcloud works really good for me. It is fantastic for laying out ideas for book scripts (among other things).
On the GitHub there's even an Appimage so I can use it offline on the go. (Yes there's Windows and Mac versions as well)

Okay, so apparently #drawIO does not export #SVG as proper SVG..... the texts are embedded in some HTML elements...
Firefox can render it perfectly, but when using some tool like #Inkscape , the text is a raster graphic.
When turning off font embedding and XML inclusion of the diagram within the SVG file, when exporting from drawIO, Inkscape can at least load the text as text, but it is weirdly truncated and does not stay within its bounds.
What the hell is this?
Edit: Pinging @drawio - perhaps you guys have an idea? :D
