First you would need a law that forbids mixing in #elastane / #spandex / #lycra and #polyester and so on from been mixed with natural materials like #cotton

Clothes typically are made of mixed fibres, in particular, they contain typically elastane for better fitting. This, however, makes them difficult to recycle. For instance, only six percent of clothes thrown away in Denmark are recycled.
