2 days now we've been waking up as a family and ASAP started a mini work out to music.

Press-ups, sit ups, running up and down the stairs, jumping jacks, squats and the boy added burpees to his superset..

Yesterday after the session he notices his muscles "instantly grew!"

Today I wait for him to get into class before I leave.. and what do I see him do?! He's blimming leading his friends into doing push ups in the yard! 🤣
