Google zapowiedziało wprowadzenie nowej funkcji dla swoich zegarków, na którą czekało wielu użytkowników.
Jeszcze w tym roku na Pixel Watchach z systemem Wear OS 6 zadebiutuje możliwość stałego wyświetlania kontrolek multimediów na ekranie Always-on Display.
Obecnie, gdy na zegarku Pixel Watch odtwarzana jest muzyka lub podcast, a ekran przechodzi w tryb wygaszony (Always-on Display), panel sterowania multimediami rozmywa się, a na jego środku pojawia się jedynie zegar. To drobiazg, ale potrafi być irytujący, gdy chcemy szybko pominąć utwór lub zmienić głośność. Wkrótce ma się to zmienić, co znacząco poprawi komfort obsługi.
Po aktualizacji, która ma trafić na zegarki Pixel Watch 2, 3 i najnowszy model 4, kontrolki multimediów pozostaną widoczne nawet w trybie AoD (Always on Display). Interfejs zostanie przyciemniony – okładka albumu zniknie w czarnym tle, a przyciski zostaną zastąpione przez ich kontury. Na górze ekranu wciąż widoczna będzie aktualna godzina. Rozwiązanie to będzie działać podobnie, jak ma to już miejsce w przypadku nawigacji w Mapach Google czy notatek w aplikacji Google Keep.

Today, Samsung has released One UI 8 Watch for the Galaxy Watch7 series, starting from Korea, which means that regular users can now download the stable version of One UI 8 Watch. This was a very long wait after the release of the stable version of One UI 8 Watch back in July for the Galaxy Watch8 and Watch Ultra.
The USA will have to wait a bit longer, as we haven’t seen any update regarding the closure of the beta program there yet. If you’re on a cellular network, you may have to wait a bit longer.
