Wear an #N95 respirator around indoor and outdoor crowds.

Clean your indoor air in each room with #HEPA filters or make your own #CorsiRosenthalBox.

Get your non-MRNA #Novavax shot or an #MRNA. I’ve had both. I have experienced far fewer side effects from Novavax.

Test often with #Metrix or #CueHealth since they are the most reliable & accurate.

Use #FarUV lights in each room.

Certainly not depending on *when* you test.

People *may* be taught to test correctly, but they very clearly don't now, and I'm more than skeptical that they would. Especially given that people only get 8 free/household.

The other practical thing you could potentially do is bring in a far-UV light. That would be immediately germicidal and not impede the hospital workers.
Unfortunately they’re not cheap.

Apart from anything else, it's not like the mitigations are difficult to do or in any way intrusive after they're done
And they're beneficial for far more than "just" Covid

@masknerd in the back of my mind is the importance of understanding irradiance and hence exposure time as a function of distance from the lamp.
It may be easier with a ceiling installation and guaranteed minimum distance from occupants, but portable devices could inadvertently be held at a distance that could result in orders of magnitude higher exposure if device design does not compensate for this risk (eg proximity shutoff/alarm)
