The best thing you can do when you feel like there is nothing you can do politically, is to better yourself and put yourself in a better position in life. With both health, and general position, and to just keep doing the best you can in life.
Because if things go really bad for everyone, the people who come out of it alive and on top are the ones who were of sound body and mind, and were prepared for disaster to happen.

Heute sind es zwei Jahre Fittnessstudio nach 20 Jahren des Siechens und des körperlichen Verfalls! Bin dabei geblieben und gehe 2-3x die Woche hin. Die ersten ca. 8 Wochen waren das Tal der Tränen aber jetzt fühle mich deutlich besser als davor und ich kann dort herrlich abschalten. Last one I'm showing today on is planche. That one is plateauing a bit, but I hope to see some improvement soon.
I'm also making nice progress towards one arm chinups, but that will have to wait for another day.
Another one I'm putting a lot of work into is the ring muscle up. This was shot a couple months ago. Sicne then I no longer need to add the green band to the purple, which puts me about 80% of the way to unassisted.
I've been really enjoying calesthenics ever since lockdown. Here's a recent pb for handstand - 11 seconds. That was about a month ago. My typical daily best is usually more like 8 seconds.
