I also got my first organic "miss" in the wild, which was oddly affirming given that it was a creepy guy on the street who then proceeded to say he "had something to show me." I had just been dropped off by my ride and had a block to walk to the hotel. I'm very glad I was wearing my sensible heels and not the 4.5" stilettos I almost wore that evening. So yay for semi-passing on a rather dark street, and boo (yay?) for getting the full creepy experience that I assume many women get all the time? (sigh)

A good friend (and drag queen!) used she/her pronouns to refer to me, which was the first time anyone had done that. It felt strange, like he (out of drag) was referring to someone else. Have I note yet internalized my womanhood? Am I more Non-Binary than I thought going into the weekend? Will it just take time to understand? (Stay tuned...)

we recently went into this beautiful esoteric/witchy shop called Black Moon Botannica (check it out if you're in edinburgh ommg), and among lots of fun witchy stuff, we bought a #selenite wand, and when we touch it.. it just *feels* in a way that is hard to articulate. but it's energetic in a way, like its vibrating almost
it feels soo nice to touch and hold, and it also instantly grounds us whenever we hold it, or even when we think about it
so our question iiis, is there any like properties to selenite? like why *does* it feel that way, it feels so different to any other mineral i've held

It's Monday already, huh.
Here's my #TransGEM / #GEM from last week.
I had to go piss at a mall/shopping centre, as sometimes happens.
There was a very long line for the toilet. Even for a women's bathroom there was quite some wait.
I was in a full face of make-up, shaved, but still. I was nervous. Going to public restrooms is always scary. Standing in line for one was terrifying. I was steeling myself for a fight. I felt like such an imposition.
Nothing.
Women behind me, women before me, young women, middle aged women, a woman with a kid.
No arguments. No hostile comments. No stares. Nothing. Nothing when I entered the bathroom. Nothing when I was washing my hands.
I don't know if I was passing well enough or if nobody said anything or even stared because women are cooler than I thought about trans girls.
It was nice.
My heart rate was still like 200 for a long time afterwards, the experience was still terrifying, but I wasn't made to feel like I didn't belong.
