New Quarto Iconify release! (v3.0.1)
- YAML configuration is now scoped under `extensions.iconify`.
- Quarto shortcode to get the Quarto logo easily: `{{< quarto >}}` (short for `{{< iconify simple-icons:quarto style="color:#74aadb;" >}}`)
Quarto Iconify 3.0.0 is there!
Set your own global default values via the YAML frontmatter because sometimes you want things to get upside down all at once 🙃
The new #homelab #gitlab instance needed icons for groups, subgroups, and projects. I kept finding sites that were trying to grab my information for a download. After a bit of searching I found @cyberalien's site #iconify (https://iconify.design) Iconify has over 200K icons. So far everything I have used are covered by various Creative Commons, If you're looking for open source icons, this is a place to checK! And donate.

Schaut mal rein! 👀
current #quicksettings on #android 13. #substratum #root #iconify #onigiri #setup
Made it match my cyberpunkish setup pretty good imho.
Part 3: somehow I got it to work with Vite, maybe due to there already being a non-Vite build it can serve from? So maybe the solution is to have the Vite build distributed separately, so that should be able to publish and work just fine...
Also, the statuses are showing up now!
Now I'm having issues with using the web-components version of #Iconify instead of the React version. I'm trying to find out where the extra space is coming from.
@danslerush @forgejo Looking at the repo, it seems like it is dead... again.
Like there even is an issue addressing the inactivity (last one in december 2021, so over a year ago) with a survey attached.
To be quite honest, it probs would be better to discuss a possible addition to #simpleicons on their discussions.
While forgejo as a website may not match the criteria (Less than 500k rank on #similarweb) and isn't a GH project (therefore the 5k-star rule wouldn't work even if forgejo gained that much on #codeberg) would it still be a good idea to ask if it can be considered... Tho I believe they would then apply the 5k star rules to the codeberg repository... Tho it's worth asking.
And if it would be added could it them be used easily through #iconify design by @cyberalien (#nosponsor #noad)
@cyberalien I'm wondering if anyone made a #jekyll gem for #iconify to integrate them into a jekyll project
Currently using the #Octicons jekyll gem from #GitHub and was wondering if it would be more beneficial to use iconify instead for my site (https://discord.hasgoodui.design)
I kinda want to stick with octicons tho, but wonder if there would be benefits in terms of CSS or similar for this...
