Das ist ein ganz schöner Kracher, von dem ich gestern nichts in den Nachrichten gelesen habe:
"Das Schleswig-Holsteinische OVG bestätigt: Vom Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt genehmigte VW-Abschalteinrichtungen sind illegal. Das Urteil im Musterverfahren dürfte Auswirkungen auf Millionen Dieselfahrzeuge haben. Es droht sogar die Stilllegung."
Es ging zwar konkret nur um ein Modell, das Verfahren gilt aber als Musterverfahren.
Das #Oberverwaltungsgericht #Schleswig hat im #Musterverfahren gegen #Volkswagen entschieden, dass illegale #Abschalteinrichtungen unzulässig sind.
Damit betrifft das Urteil rund 7,8 Millionen #Dieselfahrzeuge der Normen Euro 5 bis 6c.
Die #DUH fordert nun eine verpflichtende #Nachrüstung oder #Stilllegung auf Kosten der #Autohersteller.
