And then I think, if I wasn't so tired from work every day, how much good food would I make!
But even if I didn't need the money for the work, I'd still do the work.
Maybe the solution is less work. But inflation is so high now, how would we get by without money?
Many questions, no answers. So far. But the kimchee is in the pot and the yeast is doing its job.

Questioning while making kimchee.
Today I discovered that the temperature in the fridge was set too low by mistake. Some of the vegetables froze. I hate to throw away any bit of food, so I decided to make kimchee at this unusual time of year to save the vegetables. You know, you think it's gonna be for a while... But then, what if I chopped up the chili I have stashed? And what if I add the mushrooms that were in the soup...

Ugh. I followed the instructions on the #seasoning packet and it turned out like 🤮 Maybe it's just the ingredients idk @PacificNic ? I used whatever cabbage, cuke, & radishes I grabbed at the store for a first attempt. Obviously flavor would be off with the wrong ingredients but may at least give me some idea of how far off my #kimchee seasoning flavor is, eh? Something is definitely fermenting in there though, it smells strong enough even my COVID damaged nose picks it up.
Making a couple of different kimchees today because I have so much cabbage coming out of the #garden. This cabbage was a little buggy even after plunge washing it (there was a big fat worm in it), but no worries, I just cut the munched part off and used the rest!
