From accounts on the ground the vibes were certifiably stonewall.
I believe the trick is to carry a large curved shield, with a concave surface that reflects sound and radio, and point it back at the transmitter attacking you.
I'm sure cleverer people will be able to tell you how to tune it for a particular user's threat model.

"A friend was in this crowd and told me he thinks that if the whatever it is they unleashed lasted a few seconds more many would likely have a heart attack.
