It's been a pretty bad time MH wise for a lot of people, for a lot of reasons. Find something that you can do for even thirty minutes to focus your mind away from the crap that is bombarding you.
For me, that's making stuff but I haven't had time to make anything this week. Next best thing: look at what you've made. A while ago I made this wind chime out of some old scrap wood and varying lengths of steel tube I had spare, painted in bright colours.
I have just spent five minutes just focussing on and listening to it. I love that sound and, yes, I've checked with my neighbours - they are fine with it too (it's actually been up a while now).
