@RantyHighwayman and the real icing on the insulting cake of #Essex County Council's #Harwich bit of #NCN51 is that riding past that high kerb gives a choice of a direct old road 400m shorter and, for the off-roaders, a track knocking 2km off the ride to #Manningtree!

Had 70 people out over two walks this weekend, next week we have three walks on Saturday, a leisurely introductory walk Winchester, a circular in Mannintree taking in historic views painted by John Constable.
