Almost a year ago around the start of my breadmaking journey, I tried making this Rye black bread, which ended up not getting fully eaten it was so dense.
40 breads later, I revisited the same recipe, this time the rise was very good and judging by its currently half eaten status, I would be surprised if any is still left in a few days.
While I failed to take any photos of it being made, I now have a neon sign I bent on display at the Swatch Store in Manhattan. Photo credit to my favorite installer Donald.
Maybe I should go see it in person an film myself doing a little dance in front of it to post on loops.
