Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich endlich mal Samba auf OpenMediaVault aktiviert und wollte es für Backups der Endgeräte nutzen. Aber ich konnte mich partout nicht anmelden.

"Very rare", aber in meinem Fall lag es genau daran.

Jetzt Pika installiert, alle installierten Spiele ausgeschlossen und Backup gestartet. Aber so richtig rasant ist das nicht. Man merkt nicht, dass von einer NVMe gelesen wird, dass es über ein Gigabit-Ethernet geht oder dass auf der anderen Seite SSDs hängen. Es wird mit um die 20 MiByte/s übertragen. Angeblich noch 4 Stunden.

Reine SSH-Transfers laufen mit um die 100 MiByte/s.

This is the second time I've had to rewrite my work which runs into hundreds of film reviews, images and trailers which require the correct licencing and image credits and exhausting lists of film trivia which takes me weeks to research and write up.

I appreciate being able to host my work on #Pika as intended but it's such a ball-ache going through everything I've written and fine-tuning it again before reposting. It's times like this I wish I had a PA. #Writers 🫤

Urea endogenously produced by the liver is transported by epithelial urea transporters (UT-B) from blood into the cecal lumen where it is hydrolyzed to yield CO2 and NH3 by microbial urease. CO2 is excreted by the host and/or fixed by microbes. NH3 is absorbed by the host and converted into amino acids (AAs) and/or urea in the liver, or it used by microbes to synthesize AAs (green balls) that are incorporated into the microbial proteome or potentially absorbed by the host through amino-acid transporters (brown squares). I have a couple of questions for any #writers using the #Pika platform. How do you protect your articles with copyright notices & what is the best way to source any images used without having massive hyperlinks underneath the image?
