My tiny contribution to preserving PHOENIX history, the IBM 3084Q mainframe that Cambridge ran when i was an undergrad, is that i have scanned the two CAMPLOT reference cards i happen to have kept. Two 3-panel cards that summarised the FORTRAN functions you needed to get plotter output.
