Just came across this screenshot of when friends and I called #Plusnet #TechSupport at 11:35pm with no request other than for the tech support person to stand up and wave.
This was at the time when Plusnet were really open about stuff and had office cameras streamed online, call queue information published live etc.

Good and fun days :D The year 2003!

Nice to see #plusnet are still using Workplace and the ADSL install diary.... just got spammed with a "Your router has been shipped" sms which usually means someone fucked with my account status!

That's it, I've gone for a Full Fibre service from Plusnet.

I had yet another 4G outage, from Three, that lasted for nearly a week. I'm hoping the Full Fibre service is going to be much more reliable.

Installation should be happening sometime next week. We'll see if that goes smoothly.

Back on hold to #plusnet... aarrgghhh... they scheduled a callback for 12.00 today... but didn't manage to call me... I just want to sort out our contract... then I hopefully won't need to contact them again for a while... at least it's only meant to be 20 minutes this time... & I'm 11 minutes in...

My daughter recently switched her broadband provider to PlusNet.

I have to say their customer service has been absolutely excellent. Called with a couple of queries - due to poor responses from Sky, the previous provider. Agents were knowledgeable and helpful.

#PlusNet went above and beyond. I'll be switching when my contract ends.

Give me 'under-promise and over-deliver' every time.

#Plusnet are stopping supporting landlines... and passing customers who want to keep their landline to EE... if only their email had actually said this...

I'm on hold to #plusnet... because it's time to renegotiate our contract... and I have questions to ask a human... so that we can decide whether to renew... or go full fibre... 15 minutes of hold music... and I'm losing the will... they said it was a 30 minute wait... aarrgghhh...

Just spent an hour and a half on the phone to #Plusnet support contesting an 85-minute long call to #118500 directory enquiries on my elderly mother's line which she insists was her "calling #BT".

Long and short of it - and hats off to their customer services peeps - after an hour and a half they reversed the Β£134 charge, reactivated her line (which had been restricted) and barred outgoing calls to premium numbers. πŸ‘

Plusnet have finally commented "I'm sorry to hear your internet is down, this sounds very frustrating! We're aware of a situation at the moment which is effecting a lot of customers. Currently we have no timescale to get this resolved." #plusnet

Never paid much attention to #ipv6, but a website I sometimes use is now ipv6 only and my "low cost" ISP #plusnet doesn't support it (yet). After much messing around, I found the free #cloudflare #warp client fixed it. I can generate parsers on bottlecaps.de/rex/ again :dragnhappy:

had negative miles range for the last four miles back. Had to go out to the charging station twice to get it on charge, because the first time I stuck it on it canceled itself out of it for no reason. And on top of that, I have had to reset every internet device at home three times because fucking #plusnet.

Cursed with technology today, fucking cursed. I blame those #magpies the other day. I hate a #Magpie. 2/2

Looks like #plusnet cocked up their DNS.

Ugh, why doesn't #plusnet have a status page!? Router looks fine but nothing is loading, forced to look at some dodgy looking outage sites to see if it's just me

Round the houses with #PlusNet today trying to migrate from #Broadband and #PhoneLine to Broadband and #VOIP ahead of the #Dec2025 deadline!!

Finally placed the order to migrate to #SOGEA with PlusNet - now to wait and see if I lose my BB and/or phone line or whether it all goes smoothly. #FingersCrossed for Monday!!

Thanks to all @aaisp for their patience in walking me through the process.

I dread to think how others are going to cope with this as the target moves nearer!!
