Here our newest publication on #PolychlorinatedBiphenyls discharge to the environment. We show that #MineWater effluents are a current #PointSource of PCB to rivers.

We provide concentrations of 53 #PCBs, annual loads, and #congener patterns for five mines.

Lower-chlorinated congeners occur in highest concentrations, not the six indicator PCBs.

Single congener concentrations (pg-ng/L range) sum up to loads of 0.1-0.7 kg/a per mine due to high water volumes.

Wednesday #DailyTracks: Probably the 1st thing about #SpatialAudio like #ATMOS is an immediate underappreciation of how much #Panning in the #Stereo field has served us to reinforce #PointSource location for musically/ aurally relevant sources in a complex audio space. The 1st time that I can remember precision placement hitting really hard in the future of cinematic audio while in a theater was probably #PearlHarbor, well in advance of #Atmos
