This is the clearest crash footage of the Delta flight from Minneapolis (MSP) to Toronto (YYZ) taken from the cockpit of another plane waiting to takeoff.

It looks like the Delta was coming in hard and the right main gear collapsed, causing right wing to dip into the ground and snap off. The left wing continued to generate lift, causing the plane to roll over. Wild!

Some do, some don't.
The MC of Sharp Edge is a survivor of a fringe religious cult who struggles with her spirituality. One of the MCs in Rough Passages is a devout Catholic (tho most conservative American Catholics from this world would hate the way the Church developed in my Rollover world) and her best friends are both assertively atheist.

Ooh, so many to choose from! All the characters in my #Rollover stories started as human, but now Heather has feathers and eagle wings and can teleport, Amy is 12 ft tall, gained claws, fangs, armored skin and near-invulnerability to harm...the list is long.

I think the weirdest so far are Eleanor, who is basically a land-based coral reef, and Samantha, who periodically explodes.

#WordWeavers 2. If you had to remove one of your characters, who would it be and why?

From a craft perspective, lots of my characters get removed during drafting. They don't fit, or aren't relevant, whatever. But removing any of them from the finished story would collapse it like pulling from the bottom of a Jenga stack.

From a character perspective, Jack and others in my #Rollover series have terminal health diagnoses, & I will have to resolve those plots.

Not looking froward to that.

For sure. A massive tornado swarm & emergency cleanup feature prominently in In Sharp Edge of Yesterday, just as one example.

Severe weather has fascinated me all my life, so I look for ways to add storms to plots wherever I can.

I've made it easy on myself with the #Rollover books since the most disruptive and dramatic midlife-crisis powers people develop are weather-related and/or elemental ones.
