Mega Synthesis is an experimentation in classic #16bit sound using Sonicware's Liven Mega Synthesis synth/groovebox, which is an accurate recreation of the soundchips that provided the sounds for legendary #SegaGenesis soundtracks. Messing around and learning the synth and running it through additional processing with the SP-404 mkii and Reaper, I came up with these five tracks that bring the the retro video game sound into a modern context over some banging drums. I still prefer the Smpltrk over the EP133.

Velocity sensing seems well done with long lifespan etc but I really would like to have a global audio track (with takes) where you can freely solo a guitar over it or record your rapper if he finds motivation and time. Even if its a little more expensive.

133 KO gets the point for the visual design though :D
