petites galettes sans gluten. nouveau test de recette.
j'ai mis à gonfler un peu polenta
j'ai ajouté de l'eau gazeuse, de la farine de sarazin et de la fécule de maïs.
de l'huile d'olive et du sel. j'ai laissé reposer une dizaine de minutes.
et j'ai fait cuire dans une poêle très chaude avec de l'huile d'olive. c'est franchement un régal.
une fois retournée lors de la cuisson, j'ai ajouté du grana râpé et mis un couvercle pour que ça fonde sans s'assécher.
petit à petit je trouve des alternatives au gluten et des mélanges qui me sont gourmands.
en garniture, maïs, concombre, tomates, oignon rouge et dans l'une une tranche végétale aux lentilles. avec ketchup-mayo-sauce piquante c'est juste mega bon !!!!!
