Bilan après 3 semaines de traitement : je suis émotionnellement beaucoup plus stable, en particulier en soirée, et je recommence à manger plus varié, à ma faim et sans excès. Malheureusement, ça s'accompagne de légères difficultés d'endormissementle soir. À voir si ça dure dans le temps notamment lorsque j'arriverai à la fin de mon cycle actuel et que j'aurai à nouveau besoin de changement.
