id want to pass on the ones I could just barely hear clearly,
and at the lowest volume that I can predict will get to approximately my goal in some N number of hops.
raising the volume to get hops down raises the noise floor of other traffic.. 🤔
Easier to deliver facts straight: here’s a poem, here’s a tune—done deal. Screw spending hours filming and editing so audiences’ lazy butts stay glued.

Released the book casually again, seeing specific themes work better as standalone pieces. People often mention rhythm or melody, but hey, if you're keen on singing—knock yourself out. Maybe I'll chill by listening to AI-generated opinions for my poetry instead. My writing serves as extra fuel for upcoming songs ✌️

This evening I looked at my timeline, starting with the 2021 first post.
I've truly been drawn back into #Amiga coding using the tools of the time like #AMOS.
#COMAL is still in my head: I intend to use and delve into further; but first I need to complete #TheGate which is monopolizing all my time.
I don't know what happened to me in the last 2 years... but getting back to the Amiga, even if mainly using emulators, has rekindled my creativity that had been dormant for a while.
Dear beloved: For real though, here's why I think #FediverseDating will work wonders

2. Community-curated connections (no algorithm manipulation)
3. Values-based matching: find people who actually share your ethics

Shortly after I graduated college, right around 2008-2009, I was at a rather conservative point in my political and social evolution. I had fallen down the rabbit hole into the world of conspiracy. I vividly remember watching an Alex Jones documentary about Bohemian Grove and how these powerful elites with connections to the Illuminati were seeking to overthrow American democracy and establish an oligarchy and police state. I started to really lean in on Libertarian ideas and even entertained the Constitution Party as a viable political option to combat this.
The sad irony is that these same groups have embraced the very oligarchy that they claimed to be fighting against less than 20 years ago.

Been having this conversation multiple times lately: "AI is going to replace programmers" (or at least fundamentally change what it means to be one). Had it over dinner last week and then again with another friend this week. And I kept thinking that we've been here before. Assembly programmers were supposed to disappear when we got high-level languages. But they didn't disappear, they just spread out to places where that expertise actually matters.
The pattern really is about commoditization. More people can do a "good enough" version of the skill. Be it driving a car or building hacky tools that are held together with digital duct tape, but solve real problems. That's what's happening now with AI genies: more people can get "good enough" output. The question is figuring out which skills you need to be actually good at vs. what you're fine with being mediocre at (and understand when mediocre isn't good enough).
