Und jetzt? Kündigung. Einschüchterung. Das ist kein Einzelfall – sondern Teil eines Musters.
Wer sich bei TK Maxx für Mitbestimmung einsetzt, wird systematisch unter Druck gesetzt.

Das ist Union Busting. Und das lassen wir nicht durchgehen.

The #TKMaxx Christmas ad has me wondering about their creative team & advertising regulations...

It features a bunch of farm animals dressed up in designer clothing "christmas presents" by the farmers wife.

The scene opens with the animals strutting around the yard, while a catchy song plays in the background called "Let Me Blow Ya Mind" - but unsubtly blanks out the word "asses".

Could they not have included a shot of dressed up Donkeys at that point?

Surely that would be legal in the UK?

Next on the yes it's early sue me Christmas deco-front: H&M Home. Not my fault members get 20% off.

Stick with wrapping yourself with the drawings. The paint is harder to wash off afterwards, especially if you need to then dress up in your best in order to be Seen in TK Maxx and reported in the society columns.
