Just to clarify #trump didn't violate a judges order to reverse course on sending hundreds of #criminals to an #inhumane prison, Trump #violated the order to send random #migrants to an inhumane prison. 1953’s 'Violated' is a noirish psycho-thriller about a serial killer with a hair fetish. It also has a score that would make your average gothabilly fan shiver. There's a bunch of psycho-babble chucked in, but I'd say that it's well researched enough to ring true, even if it does deaden the pace somewhat.
Nobody would confuse this with being a great movie and it's slow-paced despite the brief running time. Mind you, I'll eat my trousers if this hadn't influenced 'Peeping Tom' and 'Maniac'.
