Ottawa police have expanded their use of special constables — unarmed peace officers with nearly all the training of a patrol officer but without the option to use lethal force — to take some of the workload off an overburdened front line.

My current workload barely holding on..

Die letzte Woche war hart, und sie hätte nicht so hart sein müssen. Pizzaparty in der Arbeit, Nibelungenaktion, Treffen mit Freunden, Lebensmittel retten ind natürlich in der Arbeit die wichtigsten Aufgaben genommen. Ich nehme mir vor besser auf die Signale meines Körpers zu hören und auch mehr Nein zu sagen. Und zwar vielleicht auch gerade dann wenn ich mich eigentlich drauf freue.
