So far, I haven't paid attention to whether one emotion is easier for me to write than others. Looking back, I can't say which emotion is the easiest for me. Perhaps it is easier to describe an emotion accurately and believably when you feel it yourself while writing?

In some drafts, I have written from a neutral narrative perspective. Mostly, however, I write from the point of view of the respective characters as a first-person narrator. I don't know what suits me better, but as a first-person narrator I can empathise better with the characters.

It is not easy to deal with rejection. I think everyone struggles with it at first. But then you have to pick yourself up again and try to take the good out of it. There is something to learn from every rejection. In the end, you shouldn't forget that a rejection is an individual opinion and that there are both similar and different opinions.
