I have spend most of my life working in #software in different roles.
I have always enjoyed the challenge of building things and I see learning new skills as the most rewarding thing you can do.
I see myself first as a #creative person (not necessarily in an artistic way) talking great pleasure in seeing the product of my efforts coming into being.
Currently I work as a senior #cloud IT architect building (very) large #infrastructure platforms for the UK government.

This is my neighbor's cat. Before we knew her name my kids dubbed her "Marshmallow Cat", but her humans call her Zsa Zsa. She is somewhat friendly, but when (several years ago) we declined to let her in the house she got mad and hasn't forgiven us.

I’ve been in the #security industry for over a decade now. I’ve built and led several risk, compliance and engineering teams. In my past life I did #consulting and before that was a systems #engineer. Currently I’m leading a #grc team at a late stage #fintech #startup.

I‘ve dealt with lows, anxiety and feelings of insecurity at periods throughout my life. I can sometimes come across as cold but it’s more than likely because I’m nervous. I can get really passionate about things or hyper focused to where I tune out everything around me. I’m a work in progress. #mentalhealth
