I discouraged people from sending their #DNA in until or unless effective laws were implemented to protect their data.
I told people the data would be sold. Companies sell assets for a variety of reasons.
Unfortunately it has become the worst case scenario. An insurance company might even get that data.

I was sitting in VR in a 360° video.
The recording was made from a 360° camera in the middle of a pride of lions.
It was surreal to be sitting there, seeing something from a rare, if not impossible point of view.
Then I had the thought, "They will be extinct soon".
How many more experiences will be relegated to video or #VR only?

The last parcel should have taken a day to deliver, maybe two. It wasn't going far.. it took over a week because it was sent interstate for some reason.
Today's parcel got the usual "nobody's home" card. There's a concierge in the building, they can sign for the parcel. I know they were there because not only were 2 other parcels delivered but they had to let arsepost into the mail room!
They are not only dysfunctional, but they don't even know their job.

I'd say a million in readily available liquid assets as I live in Australia and the mean property value is over 700k. A million in net assets isn't what it used to be.
"Millionaire" used to mean that someone had a lot of excess wealth and had "made it". They were going to be comfortable for life.
Now it doesn't. A million in liquid assets means their net value is far higher and they are far more likely to be whom we used to refer to when we said "millionaire".

Tech bros are parasites. They’re greedy bastards who love to erect barriers between people and tech. They extract, addict, monetize. They turn everything fun and useful into a transaction, a dopamine trap, a subscription, a surveillance tool, an advertising outlet, and a vector to extract money from labor and suppliers.
