I have been a Hertz customer for a long time. I might pay a little extra for a "big brand", but often it pays off in a critical situation. Tonight, Matt, a Hertz agent at the Charlottesville, Va. Airport provided extraordinary help. He was even planning to stay hours after their closing at 11 for me to get my car. I changed my plans, but kudos to Matt.
