I am super angry, on 18.3.25 Lieferando announced that they are destroying almost 1000 secure jobs. With this they are following as they themselves say ‘the Austrian industry standard’. Exactly 966 delivery staff across Austria are losing their permanent employment contracts and are being pushed (back) into precarious freelance model. As of 30.6.25, these 1000 jobs are history.

Their union is calling for a protestdemo on 1str of April in Vienna:
