Looking for Canon enthusiasts! Please, read the full description. It's time for a different post this time. Inspired by all-time Fuji classics like Classic Chrome and Classic Negative, I created my own picture profile for a large variety of Canon cameras. Despite telling myself countless times that I won't fall for the social media hype, I got bitten by the Fujifilm bug, too. I bought the already old-ish, and not so capable X20, and so far, I haven't really been able to say, whether I like its SOOC photos, vs. shooting with my favorite Canon cameras.

I have experimented with a few simulations and custom tweaks, and this is one of the SOOC JPEGs that I actually like. But, whether I keep the camera or not, I am not really sure yet.

Which recipe do you most often shoot with?

I like the colors that the Fuji X10 and X20 produce in your photos. I have recently bought a Fuji X20, but I have to admit that I haven't been able to reach that level of color. Perhaps, it's the bad weather in Germany these days, but all of my photos are drab and murky. I've used all of the original recipes, and also created some custom ones, to the same effect.

@holger@mastodon.de hehe, indeed, but I used to live in Becks-town (Bremen), so it brought back some nice memories from the Uni days. But even in Bremen, Becks is a sort-of no-go, last resort beer, if there is nothing else left to drink :)
