Hope you're all well. I've been a bit rough. Doing more, which is good. But having more meltdowns, which is not.
We had a guy in doing new windows the last couple of days, and the disruption, the noise, and the smells absolutely destroyed me. Had a really, really rough day of meltdowns yesterday.
Cos, see, I am heaps better from the worst of burnout, but I may never be back to my old capacity. Though, my old capacity did lead to burnout so maybe that's for the best?
And, like I say, I am doing more. Figuring out how to balance that is so hard. I know I need to push myself. But also to pace myself, which goes against my autistic all-or-nothing urges! And as soon as something extra comes along the balance is lost, leading to meltdowns. Which suck.
Anyway, therapy this morning then try to restore some equilibrium. Much love to you my friends đź’ś
