On Jake's first day of school, he rushed out and gave me the flower gem, saying "I asked my teacher if I could give it to you, because you like flowers!" and today he gave me the heart gem, saying "I asked my friend to help me find a heart one, because you like hearts, don't you?" I'm so touched that he thinks of me while he's at school. We've come such a long way. ❤️
