Third piece from my 7-part series for Yellow Sun Coffee. After two pieces on black paper with dip pen, I shifted to white paper with rOtring isograph. Hand-coloured sun and water bring organic warmth to the mechanical rays and sea; the ink has a subtle golden sparkle. About 13 hours, 1,260 feet of travel, 0.3mm pen.

The plot looks minimal, but it’s secretly constructed from the letters of “Yellow Sun” layered until the ink pools into something organic. @tca 3D-printed adapters for plotters are an important achievement. I've designed adapters for current Axidraws and historic Mutoh scribers for Muji pens and fat Eddings and plotted with them within an hour.
