Watching "Call My Bluff" from 1974 on #BBCFour, and on a modern flat screen LCD TV the technical quality of the picture (mostly focus problems and lens aberrations) is really shown up. Nobody would have noticed on the TV sets of the time.

Watching “Corridors of Power - Should America Police the World” on #BBCFour. I don’t know when the talking head interviews were made (the entire series is time stamped 2024). If the interviews inc. Panetta, Wolfowitz, Sullivan, Baker, Albright etc. are contemporaneous then I can only assume that they are all sociopaths & believe that we don’t have eyes to see, ears to hear. There’s graphic slaughter of Bosnian Muslims & #bbc thinks this is okay to air NOW?! USA is slaughtering Palestinians! 1/2

I can’t believe the BBC. After 10 months of genocide I find #BBCFour is playing and streaming “Corridors of Power: Should America Police the World” 8 episodes. Episode One, Iraq. First talking head - Hilary Clinton, second talking head - Paul Wolfowitz, third? Kissinger.

They somehow ignore “Israel” and “Palestine”.

If I had wanted the inside of my skull Power-washed, I’d have bought a Karcher.

There are a lot of sick and twisted people running the BBC right now.

This Friday (i.e. tonight!), BBC Four, 10pm. "The Story of Microdisney: The Clock Comes Down the Stairs".

I had the immense pleasure and privilege of a few years working with Cathal long after he gave up the professional music business, before his very untimely death. He was not only a hugely talented musician but a very intelligent and kind man.

If you have any interest in music at all, do watch this or catch-up later on iPlayer. I'm expecting it will be a fantastic programme.
