Very successful #banknote and #coin auction today - some of the #Polish coins fetched amazing prices. While the top price was predictably achieved by a #gold #Ducat which went for £2,000, quite a few #silver coins fetched prices in the hundreds. Other than a #telephone bidder (a longstanding client who spends big) all our bids today were obtained via the two online platforms we use (www.the-saleroom.com and www.easyliveauction.com).

Die tunesische #Zentralbank (#BCT) gibt bekannt, dass ab heute, dem 23. September 2025, eine neue 50-Dinar-#Banknote (Typ 2022) in Umlauf gebracht wird. Diese Entscheidung geht auf eine Beschlussfassung des Verwaltungsrats der BCT vom 20. Juni 2024 zurück. Diese Banknoten werden gleichzeitig mit den anderen derzeit im Umlauf befindlichen Banknoten und Münzen zirkulieren.
